At Girl Talk Therapy Group, we know that healing isn’t always fun. Sometimes it means talking through the things we don't really want to talk about. Sometimes it’s letting out a good cry! Other times, it's just real conversation with a person who gets it and lets you be fully authentic. Either way, we're here for all of it!

How We Help
We offer individual therapy for Black women and girls navigating anxiety, stress, sadness, loneliness, grief, self-esteem, or just feeling stuck in life. You really don’t have to go through it alone! As humans, we need community; and sometimes that community is within a safe therapy space. We’ll walk with you at whatever pace you need, ensuring the focus consistently includes ways in which you can feel your best.

Who We Are
We’re not here to be impressive or professionally out of touch—we’re here to be real. We’re a team of Black women who believe therapy should feel comfortable, like a warm conversation that leaves you with gems along the way. Honestly, we've been through the lows of life too! So, we listen, we support, and sometimes we call you out, all in the name of creating real change.
